Role Overview:

We're looking for a motivated and results-oriented Junior Campaign Specialist to join our digital advertising team. In this role, you'll collaborate with businesses to create and manage impactful Google Ads campaigns that boost visibility, engagement, and measurable success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop customized advertising strategies that align with each client's goals.
  • Achieve personal performance targets while contributing to overall team success.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through strategic recommendations and continuous support.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to shape effective campaign strategies.
  • Optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and ensure strong results.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch (C2 level)
  • Fluency in English (C1 level)
  • Minimum one year of experience in sales or marketing
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
