Role Overview:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Junior Campaign Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll collaborate with businesses to develop tailored Google Ads strategies that drive online visibility, growth, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on customized advertising solutions aligned with their objectives

  • Consistently reach sales targets while contributing to team goals

  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships through strategic guidance

  • Analyze market and competitor activity to inform campaign strategy

  • Optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch (C2 level)
  • Fluency in English (C1 level)
  • Minimum one year of experience in sales or marketing
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
