About the Role We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Business Development Representative to join a fast-growing international sales team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and generating new business opportunities for our sales pipeline. This is an excellent opportunity for sales-driven, motivated, and ambitious candidates who want to grow in a dynamic tech and B2B environment. Key Responsibilities Prospect and identify potential clients in the Dutch-speaking market Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads Understand client needs and present relevant product or service solutions Schedule meetings and product demos for the Account Executives Maintain accurate data on CRM systems and track pipeline progress Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead-generation strategies Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics Represent the brand professionally to clients and stakeholders Requirements Fluent Dutch (C1+) and good English (B2+) Previous sales or outbound experience is a strong advantage Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient Ability to work in a fast-paced and international environment Basic understanding of sales funnels and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is beneficial Valid EU documentation or legal right to work in Spain What We Offer Competitive salary + uncapped commission structure Relocation package: flight + 1 month of paid accommodation Clear career path toward Account Executive, Team Lead, or Sales Manager roles Ongoing sales training and coaching Private health insurance Multicultural, vibrant, and supportive work environment Modern office in the heart of Barcelona
