Position: Account Manager Location: Barcelona, Spain Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage partners proactively, providing a timely response and resolution to incoming queries via telephoneDrive sales opportunities to meet sales quota and targetsReviewing level of client satisfaction and escalating issues whennecessaryMaintain an accurate pipeline of incoming deals and track their progressProvide an accurate forecast to management on a regular basisPrepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposalsare technically and commercially soundLiaise with commercial teams to optimize promotions and feedback customer needs. REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in German, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)B2B sales experience is essentialSolid sales background is neededAccounting management experience is neededPrevious experience working with channel is a plusStrong communication skills (both oral and written) Work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation, and time/work prioritizationGood computer skillsSelf-motivated with a desire to succeedAbility to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
