We're a premium men's watch and jewelry brand running high-volume paid social. Static creative drives a large share of our spend and we're bringing that capability in-house. You'll design the images that carry our advertising.
What you'll do
Design static ad creative for Meta from our product photography, studio shoots and creator contentWork from structured briefs that carry creative direction and recommended ad copyProduce both polished premium brand statics and native, unpolished statics designed not to look like adsIterate variations on proven top-performing creativeRetouch product imagery to a premium standardDeliver in batches, correctly sized for every placement, through our internal review processWhat we're looking forDemonstrable static ad work that ran on Meta for DTC brands, ideally fashion, jewelry, watches or lifestyleStrong visual taste and an understanding of premium versus cheapAdvanced Photoshop; Figma or After Effects for light motion a plusReliable batch turnaround and organised file deliveryBased in EuropeHow to applyApply with a portfolio of real ads you've designed, not general graphic design work. Include the brand and, where you can, how the creative performed.
