Are you an

Automation Engineer & IT Tools Management Optimization Specialist (L3 Support) seeking a

new interesting challenge ? Design, develop and maintain automation solutions for IT infrastructure operations. Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve service quality. Optimize and manage IT operations tools, monitoring platforms and ITSM solutions. Improve ServiceNow workflows, CMDB quality and operational reporting capabilities. Enhance monitoring and observability platforms, reducing alert noise and improving event management. Collaborate with infrastructure, monitoring, service management and customer teams to drive continuous improvement.

WHAT TECHNOLOGIES WILL YOU USE? PowerShell, Python and Ansible ServiceNow ITSM & CMDB Centreon and Azure Monitor SCCM and Intune ITIL v4 Framework Monitoring, Automation and Observability Platforms

5+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, IT Operations Tools Management or similar roles. ~ Strong experience with scripting and automation technologies such as PowerShell, Python and Ansible. ~ Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB administration. ~ Knowledge of monitoring and event management platforms. ~ Experience integrating systems through APIs and automation workflows. ~ Understanding of ITIL processes and operational governance. ~ Advanced English communication skills.

Hybrid (Madrid) Office attendance: 3 days per week Permanent contract
