In this role you will help deliver a great user experience for Viaplay’s customers. You will join a cross-functional team focused on commerce services to attract new users and convert them into subscribers. You’ll build scalable web services and modern front-end experiences, aligned with long-term product visions, and work in an agile, collaborative environment to iterate based on user feedback and data. This is a hands-on, impact-focused opportunity at scale in Barcelona, with a culture that values innovation and learning.

Responsabilidades
- Build solid, high-performing microservices in Node.js and modern front-end frameworks
- Design and implement microservice/serverless architectures
- Work with multiple programming paradigms and languages
- Operate in a flexible production environment using GitHub Actions and AWS services (Lambdas, DynamoDB)
- Participate in an agile development process with pair/mob programming
- Improve product iterations based on consumer feedback and behavior data
Requisitos principales
- Experience developing web-based services with Node.js and React
- Strong understanding of REST APIs
- Experience with TDD/BDD and supporting frameworks
- Experience developing services in AWS
- Interest in modern frontend/backend frameworks (NestJS, Next. xqbhyrx js)
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Collaborative mindset
- Continuous learner with enthusiasm for skill improvement
