About the Role
A fast-growing space technology company is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to take ownership of the technical definition and execution of a next-generation satellite platform. This is a strategic, hands-on position responsible for system architecture, requirements management, interface definition, verification planning and cross-functional technical leadership. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in translating mission objectives into robust, testable system designs.

To Be Successful, You'll NeedMore than 7 years of experience in space systems engineering, including participation in flight projects and hands-on integration and verification activities.
Demonstrated ability to translate requirements into implementable designs, lead technical reviews and support troubleshooting activities across engineering teams.
Strong knowledge of system architecture, requirements engineering, interface management, verification and validation, and technical risk management.
