As CTO at ALOHAS, you own technology end to end in a fast-growing, sustainability-driven fashion company. You will define the technical vision, lead a lean engineering team, and partner with the CEO/COO to embed AI-native capabilities across the business. You will shape an omnichannel platform and data-driven decisions that scale across EU/UK/US. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role at the frontier of AI-powered retail and product growth.

Responsabilidades
  • Set the technical vision and architecture for a multi-entity, cross-border business
  • Own AI-native strategy and production-grade AI agents and integrations
  • Oversee the platform running the business (Shopify, B2B/wholesale, ERP integration with Odoo)
  • Build and maintain a centralized data platform feeding analytics and decisions
  • Lead and develop a small engineering team and partners, establishing delivery-driven governance
  • Balance build vs. buy vs. partner decisions while keeping complexity low

Requisitos principales
  • Led engineering at a high-growth product company ( Senior EM / Engineering Director / Staff+ )
  • Hands-on with cloud-native, API-first, event-driven systems
  • Strong AI/LLM production experience (agents, RAG, tooling xqbhyrx integration)
  • Product-focused mindset with impact on users and business
  • Experience scaling teams and partnering with external collaborators
  • Based in Barcelona (hybrid) and fluent in English and Spanish
