✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

Design, develop and maintain automation solutions for IT infrastructure operations.
Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve service quality.
Optimize and manage IT operations tools, monitoring platforms and ITSM solutions.
Improve ServiceNow workflows, CMDB quality and operational reporting capabilities.
Enhance monitoring and observability platforms, reducing alert noise and improving event management.
Automate patching, compliance reporting and recurring operational activities.
Develop dashboards, reports and KPI metrics for service reviews and operational excellence.
Collaborate with infrastructure, monitoring, service management and customer teams to drive continuous improvement.
