As a Runner, you will be part of a professional team committed to excellence, contributing to the creation of memorable dining experiences for our guests and customers.

We are looking for service-oriented individuals with strong attention to detail and a desire to grow professionally within the world of luxury dining and hospitality.

Your Responsibilities Include...

• Support the restaurant team in preparing and organizing service operations.
• Welcome and assist guests and customers with courtesy, professionalism, and warmth.
• Prepare tables and service areas in accordance with the standards of a fine dining restaurant.
• Assist waiters during service, ensuring that all necessary items and materials are available at all times.
• Serve food and beverages following established quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Support the delivery of dishes and contribute to the smooth execution of each course throughout the dining experience.
• Gradually develop knowledge of the restaurant's culinary concept, products, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Assist with wine and beverage service under the guidance of the specialized team.
• Maintain constant and effective communication with the kitchen, restaurant team, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Respond to guests' needs and special requests promptly, discreetly, and with empathy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within all assigned work areas, ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards.

What We Expect From You...

• A natural ability to communicate, making guests feel valued and understood from the very first interaction.
• Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or fine dining environments.
• Enjoy working as part of a team in a collaborative and dynamic setting.
• A genuine passion for delivering attentive, precise, and personalized service that inspires guest confidence.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• A valid work permit for Spain.
