Part time (50%) HR Associate (M/F/D)

Valencia, Spain.
About the role
Provide organizational and administrative support to internal customers, supporting a range of HR activities in the Service Center. Job Responsibilities Define and implement HR processes. Support the full recruiting process: preparing job ads, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, employment contracts, and onboarding. Maintain master data and employee files (digital and physical). Coordinate health management, contact with the Mutua and External Prevention Company. Interface with HR services (Labor Contracts, Payroll, Social Security, Terminations, etc.). Assist in annual processes such as Performance Management and Rewards Planner. Maintain knowledge of legal requirements to ensure compliance and reduce risk. Engage with Universities and Schools to acquire interns. Education / Experience Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Legal, Business, or related field. 2-3 years of HR experience preferred. Qualifications Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Drive and resilience. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Advanced proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Office Suite. Discretion with confidential information. Ability to learn quickly in a changing environment.
