Execute service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Plan and execute work on a first‑time right approach with customers.
Provide on‑site or remote technical support for installation and commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance independently.
Consult with and advise customers on the best service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines.
Create and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing specialist support and solutions.
International travel will be required, as the role will require hands‑on support at customer sites.

Requirements

A degree in Electrical / Power Electronics engineer or CFGS in similar fields.
+3 year of experience working as Field Service Engineer, with knowledge in measurement technology in the field of power electronics (voltage range up to 4kV) and with IGBT converter technology.
Medium‑high level of English.
Sound knowledge of and hands‑on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning and repairing of Drives, Traction or Wind Power Converters. xqbhyrx
