- Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience (law firm or in-house).
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in English, Spanish, and Catalan (Portuguese is a plus).
- Work Authorization: Permanent right to work in Spain without visa sponsorship.
- Preferred: Experience in the retail sector and global, multi-cultural environments.
- Manage commercial, consumer protection, data privacy, and labor/employment legal matters.
- Handle litigation, disputes, and customer claims.
- Support HR with works council matters and collective bargaining agreements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and maintain templates.
- Oversee corporate governance and GDPR compliance in Spain.
- Conduct internal compliance training and monitor legislative changes.
