**SOBRE QUIPU**

Quipu es una startup tecnológica que desarrolla y comercializa un software en la nube (SaaS) que automatiza y simplifica los tediosos procesos administrativos, contables y financieros de empresas. Nuestro objetivo es que los negocios tengan su información de negocio al día, sin esfuerzo en una plataforma abierta y moderna.

Quipu también trabaja con asesorías, transformando la forma de trabajar de las gestorías así como digitalizar la relación con sus clientes.

Estamos ubicados en el barrio del Poblenou de Barcelona, dentro de un ecosistema llamado itnig, rodeado de un grupo de empresas con un componente tecnológico disruptor, donde se dan eventos, afterworks y dinámicas de diferentes temáticas cada día.

**POSICIÓN**

Quipu busca una persona de Customer Support con ambición, ganas de crecer, hacer carrera dentro de un equipo de Customer Success y ayudar a los negocios a digitalizar sus procesos administrativos y de gestión.

**PERFIL**

Buscamos una persona ambiciosa, proactiva, comprometida y con ganas de asumir responsabilidades dentro de una empresa tecnológica en crecimiento.

Necesitamos una persona empática, orientada a cliente, multitask, flexible, autosuficiente y espabilada.

Se valora especialmente:

- Experiência previa en atención al cliente y/o en una startup
- Castellano nativo
- Aprendes rápido y tienes curiosidad intelectual

Se valora positivamente:

- Buen nível de inglés y catalán
- Haber trabajado en una asesoría / gestoría.
- Conocimientos de contabilidad / administración.
- Conocimiento de Excel
