**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Ice Cream team in our Barcelona office. You will be working with beloved brands like Carte D’Or, Ben & Jerry’s and GROM among other.

You will be the owner of our Scooping Business in Spain. Lead the development of the Marketing Plan, within the category plan guidelines, to meet company goals. Lead a marketing & operations team to implement the plan in the market place and monitor performance of the support plans. Participate in various cross-functional teams.

You also bring perspective on performance against monthly target and respond to category gaps or activation requirements identified through the different business forums.
**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Work closely with Sales to drive growth of the Scooping and Gelateria business.
- Responsible for the brand P&L & drive profitability of the brand and channel.
- Lead integrated Brand Marketing Plan development and deployment
- Monitors business performance to implement appropriate plan changes.
- Responsible for Brand Communications: adapt global advertising complying with local regulations. Activation advertising, allocation of media budget within AP parameters, maximize PR & Sponsorship. Brand approval of key brand elements (ie. VO, Print, POS) and consumer promotions in close collaboration with creative agencies and global marketing
- Provide input to volume forecasting, financial updates and monitors key indicators and drivers of brand performance. Recommends solutions and implement improvements to meet annual targets.
- Sets national level brand KPI’s and channel marketing strategy and identify relevant in-POS solutions.
- Presenting plans to key customers alongside Sales.
- Lead full innovation projects from Charter to Post Launch
- Brand Purpose into local action
- Responsibility for the high performance and talent development of direct team.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED**:

- University degree, with an emphasis in business
- +5 years relevant, progressive marketing experience with Sales background.
- You have strong P&L management experience, solid analytical and financial acumen.
- Project management and strong knowledge business planning and implementation experience.
- Passionate, energetic, results driven individual with proven leadership abilities.
- Proficient Level of Spanish and English.
- Team development experience.
