Ben & Jerry’s is recruiting a Junior Brand Manager to join our Marketing ice cream team in Spain and support Ben & Jerry’s team

RESPONSABILITIES:
Together with the Country Business Leader, lead the SP market brand strategy and development of marketing programs ensuring alignment synergistically with global marketing initiatives, and social mission objectives.

Communication
- Lead and implement communication plans across multiple channels (Digital, TV, OOH, PR). Specifically, this person will take up the mantle of B&J being the digital pioneer in the Spain Unilever business and working with our global digital team, continue to push forward our digital learning and execution.
- Implement e-commerce and delivery strategy for Ben & Jerry’s spain
- Assets co-creation & local adaptation
- Manage relationships with local agencies

Business analysis:

- Monitors brand’s performance per channel, identifying opportunities and provide recommendations on the brand’s plan. Nielsen & Kantar proficiency highly desirable.
- Utilize systems, processes, and communication/reporting methods for project management of new launches and volume forecasting
- Manage and control effective budget forecasting

Innovation and team:

- Work closely with Trade teams from the different channels, to develop the brand’s plan updated to the channel’s needs, identify opportunities for existing and new products, distribution, and provide recommendations on promo plan and shopper activation to deliver triple win for Ben & Jerry’s, our fans, and our customers.
- Exhibit commitment to the company’s social mission and Marketing's vital role in delivering all three elements of Ben & Jerry's three-part mission statement

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Degree in Business administration; Economics; Marketing or similar
- Two to three years of experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Growth mindset, proactivity, autonomy, and passion for teamwork
- Analytical thinker, ability to understand data and draw conclusions
- Proficient Level of English and Spanish is a must.
- Experience with MS Tools (especially Power Point and Excel)
- Purpose-driven: passion and drive to make a real impact through our Social Mission
