What Will You Do in This Role?

• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients (CROs, Pharmas, and Biotechs).
• Prepare and negotiate budgets for clinical trial services.
• Follow up on quotes presented during the negotiation process.
• Ensure and manage the pipeline of opportunities.
• Oversee document management (CDAs and MSAs).
• Represent the company at national and international events.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as PMs, Supply Chain, Operations, and Regulatory Affairs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, life sciences, or a related field.
• Experience in business development within a company offering services or B2B, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry—specifically in clinical supplies for a clinical trial environment.

Skills Required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional ability to deliver customer service to the highest standards of quality and excellence.
• Strong client-building and third-party relationship management skills.
• Fluent in English—the hiring process will be conducted in this language.
