**ROLE SUMMARY**

**What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?**

Analytical capacity of data from different sources turning into actions to follow aligned with the objectives of the company.

Analytical skills which allows effective reporting of the different sales and other KPIs.

High-level Microsoft Office skills for document design for cross-departmental and multi-user use.

Good communication and peer relationship skills.

**What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?**

Act as a link between the Field Force and HQs.

Plan trade activities ensuring good optimization of visits from our field force.

Monitoring and analysis of the objectives fulfilment, turning them into ad-hoc actions to ensure the performance of the company.

Design of sales and other KPIs reporting and post implementation activities reviews.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Support data analytics data from different sources turning into actions to follow aligned with the objectives of the company.
- Assist in the incentive scheme for field force.
- Act as a link between the Field Force and HQs.
- Plan trade activities ensuring good optimization of visits from our field force.
- Monitor and analyse of the objective’s fulfilment, turning them into ad-hoc actions to ensure the performance of the company.
- Design of sales and other KPIs reporting and post implementation activities reviews.
- Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS standards and procedures BAT group.

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE**

**ESSENTIAL**

**Experience Required**
- Approximately 1 year experience in Trade Marketing team, also as an Area Sales Manager level or Brand/Trade Assistant level in a FMCG company that has incorporated a trade channel.
- Financial experience and budget management will be well evaluated.

**Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required**
- University degree
