**Your role as Cook II**
- Performing preparation work, including washing and cutting vegetables and preparing rice and noodle dishes, as part of a kitchen team of about four colleagues led by the head chef.
- Preparing dishes according to the recipes of the head chef and carrying out quality and hygiene checks during the process.
- Completing and checking dishes before serving, after which the service staff takes over for delivery.
- Cleaning your own workstation, kitchen equipment, and machines at the end of each shift, and assisting kitchen assistants with general cleaning and storage of delivered goods.
- Being a good team player with flexibility and strong communication skills.
- Contributing to quality improvement, menu optimization, and the development of new recipes and preparation instructions.
- Desired qualifications: MBO Level 2 (Intermediate Vocational Education) or equivalent, with knowledge of and experience in basic cooking techniques.

**What we offer**
- A **gross salary between €2,500 and €3,000** based on a 38-hour work week, according to the Dutch Hospitality CAO, including 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance.
