Originally built in 1930, the former gas station is now a 6-storey building designed with the Generator touch and sprinkled with local flair. **NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB**
- Execute all guest food orders including prepping the elements needed, cooking all dishes per the recipe standard, and executing in the time allocated per recipe
- Work with the entire Food and Beverage team to execute a positive guest experience
- Clean and put away any dirty dishes that are generated during your shift
- Work independently during most shifts; necessary to have good time management, decision making skills to be able to prep based on operational needs, and forethought to set the next shift up for success
- Shifts including AM and PM shifts; flexible availability required

**WHAT’S IN YOUR DNA**
- Must have flexible schedule
- Must exhibit safe health and sanitation practices
- Must be able to communicate basic English
- Must be detail oriented

**YOUR ROCK STAR EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum of one-year experience in a kitchen including knife skills, organization
- Basic guest service knowledge a plus
