**Today, we are at a turning point in our growth and have recently launched a strategic new business unit aiming at generating more than 50% of papernest revenues within 18 months. This new business unit is now successfully live in France and we are looking for a strong profile to help us scale and expand it.

**Start date : from mid September 2024**

**For this internship, we are open to both part-time ('media jornada') and full-time ('jornada completa') arrangements.**

**️️ Como Business & Strategy Analyst intern**:
Trabajarás en el equipo de New Business con foco en el mercado de Energía en colaboración estrecha con las áreas de Finanzas, Operaciones, Data, Atención al Cliente entre otras.

Tus funciones incluirán:

- Elaboración de estrategias de adquisición, pricing y retención aplicadas al mercado eléctrico
- Modelización de datos financieros y consumos del portfolio
- Elaboración de informes, dashboards y seguimiento de los resultados operativos y financieros
- Mejora continua de nuestro BI en coordinación con los equipos de Data y Tech para garantizar la coherencia e integridad de los datos

El internship te proporcionará una visión transversal de la actividad de la empresa y te ayudará a dar el pistoletazo de salida a tu carrera profesional allá donde quieras continuarla: en papernest, en otras startups, en consultoría, etc.

**Sobre ti**:

- Estudiante de ingeniería o de negocio en busca de prácticas
- Buen dominio de Excel y capacidad analítica, con conocimientos en SQL u otro lenguaje de programación como un plus
- Orientación a negocio: con interés en entender el sector energético, la competencia y las tendencias del mercado
- Mentalidad emprendedora: somos una scale-up con mucha ambición y buscamos personas que nos acompañen en nuestro crecimiento
- Curiosidad: ¿tienes ganas de aprender? ¿quieres ver si la teoría de la universidad se puede aplicar en el mundo laboral?

**Hiring process**:

- **First interview** with Anouk, Talent Acquisition Partner (30 minutes).
- **Business case** to prepare independently (2-4 days).
- **Second interview and business case presentation** with Daniel, Head of Papernest Energia Spain and your future manager (1.5 hours).
- **Final call** with Damien, Chief of Papernest Providers, and Daniel (30 minutes).
