**What you will be doing...**

**Jet2holidays** is the
- **UK’s 2nd largest Tour Operator**, providing ATOL licensed Package Holidays to destinations in the Mediterranean, the Canary Islands and to European Leisure Cities with scheduled leisure flights by our award-winning airline
- We have a fantastic opportunity to join our
- **Jet2holidays** Team as an
- **Airport Team Leader**

Reporting into the Destination Manager, the
- **Airport Team Leader **will be responsible for the delivery of an
- **efficient digitally planned transfer operation**, along with
- **leading**,
- **motivating** and
- **coaching** a team of Airport based Customer Helpers to deliver
- **VIP customer service** at all times.
- You will plan your team’s rosters so that they are on hand to greet our customers on arrival to ensure their efficient transfer to resort and welcoming them back at the airport at the end of their holiday.
- Providing continuous team training and support, you will be the team's first point of contact for advice, as well as working with our transfer agents and colleagues to help deliver feedback to improve service delivery. Representing our
- **Jet2holidays'** values at all times is also essential to the success of this role.

- Already living close to the Airport, or willing to relocate, you’ll know the location inside out and ideally speak the local language confidently, as well as being fluent in English.
- To be successful in this role you will have
- **previous Team Leader** or
- **supervisory experience**, ideally gained within an Airline or Tour Operator.
