**The company**
Our client is a leading company in the games and entertainment industry, known for creating and distributing a range of high-quality strategy and hobby products. As they expand their operations in Barcelona, Spain, they are looking for multilingual talent to join their dynamic international Telesales team.
**The Role**
As a Business Development Manager you will work in a high volume outbound cold calling role where you will reach out to potential independent retailers. You will be tasked to identify key contacts and swiftly establish strong connections and demonstrate the benefits of partnering with our client. Ultimately, you will need to understand their needs and successfully close sales on the B2B offerings. This is a target driven role that suits someone who will thrive in an outbound sales environment and who is motivated to exceed targets.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in Czech and English
- Previous experience in an outbound sales role
- Completed higher education
- Target driven and wants to exceed targets
