**_Your day to day with us: _**
- Lead POS Material & Item buying process with agencies & suppliers to ensure activation at the PoS
- Coordinate effective landing of POS Materials & item activation with internal teams (marketing, legal, budget, logistics & sales teams)
- Ensure the correct landing of commercial calendar into SFA
- Support Shopper Marketing & Sales teams in ad-hoc reports according to business needs ( Stocks, Promo calendar, Display, Sales Reports, Summer Program )
- Support on having an updated database of the PoS for linking activation
- Monitor performance of activations
- Manage AECOC information process
- Communicate effectively the diferent activation calendar to sales teams (KA & Field)
- Coordinate activation of customer agreements with Key Accounts
- Coordinate events material & sampling for clients

**Qualifications/Requirements**:
**_ What will you need to succeed?_**
- Previous experience in FMCG companies will be desirable, preferable in Trade Mkt, Shopper Mkt, Key Accounting, Category or Marketing.
- Ability to work in a cross functional environment and with collaboration spirit.
- Empathic and strong communication skills to influence sales team and other stakeholders.
- Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot tables)
- Fluent Spanish & English Skills.
- Immediate start and availability of 12 months
