We are looking for an amazing and ambitious pet-lover Account Manager to help Dinbeat grow in UK, and that person could be you

**Responsibilities**:

- Setting up the UK strategy and its sales goals.
- Conduct research to identify new markets, business opportunities and customer needs.
- Raise potential customers data bases for the UK market.
- Arrange business meetings and perform online demos with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives accordingly to Dinbeat values and vision. Ours is a consultative sales with a digital edge.
- Prepare individual sales proposals to customers and do the appropriate follow-up until close.
- Keep records of the performed activities in the company’s CRM.
- Provide an excellent customer service, trustworthy feedback and after sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers always based on the willingness to help.
- Support Dinbeat distributors to better understand, communicate and sell the products/services to their customers.
- Coach the upcoming new sales staff/distributors sales reps about Dinbeat, its mission, values and products.

**Requirements**:

- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales representative or related positions. (+4 years)
- Proven sales track record (online sales experience is a plus).
- Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Hubspot experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in English (Native preferred), low to medium level of Spanish.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport.
- Can-do attitude and absolutely goal-oriented.
- Time management and planning skills.
