Your Contribution: Drive Growth in the UK Region
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be instrumental in expanding our presence across the UK region. You will work closely with Alex, Founder of Fleet and Peter, Managing Director, on:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth in the UK, focusing on medium to large enterprise accounts.
- Revenue Generation: Take ownership of your sales targets and contribute significantly to the region's revenue goals through new business acquisition and account expansion.
- Customer Success: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Market Intelligence: Provide valuable insights about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to help shape our product and service offerings.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful implementations.

- You are a proven sales professional with a track record of exceeding targets and building strong client relationships.
- You have 3+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS, hardware-as-a-service, or related technology services.
- You bring experience in solution selling and have a consultative approach to understanding and addressing customer needs.
- You are comfortable with complex sales cycles and can navigate multiple stakeholders within large organizations.
- You are data-driven and analytical in your approach to sales strategy and execution.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
