We are growing fast and looking for an Account Executive to join our team in Spain

The Opportunity

Tired of being just a number in a large corporation?

Here, you won't find layers of managers or rigid processes that stifle your creativity. We're seeking a driven Account Executive who wants to be a financial consultant, not just a salesperson. Someone who enjoys understanding the real challenges of CFOs and Controllers and wants to build something great from the ground up.

Your Day-to-DayAs an Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of driving new business and helping our clients succeed. Your responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Demos:
    Conducting 6-8 impactful demos per week, focusing on client needs and pain points.
  • Lead Qualification:
    Qualifying leads generated by our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
  • Discovery and Qualification:
    Leading the discovery phase of the sales process to determine if a lead is a good fit.
  • Customized Presentations:
    Preparing and delivering customized demos based on the customer's specific needs and ERP system.
  • Proposal Creation:
    Crafting compelling proposals that outline the value proposition of our services and the pricing structure.
  • Collaboration:
    Working closely with our pre-sales team (Fernando), partners, and the client's IT team to address complex technical requirements.
  • Closing Deals:
    Closing deals and achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Building rapport with the client, handling expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Pipeline Management:
    Managing a pipeline of approximately 2 million, with the ability to close 3-4 deals per month.
  • Use of AI tools:
    Utilize new AI tools like Piper to streamline the sales process, providing quick access to all relevant information within our CRM (Hubspot).
  • Follow Up:
    Follow up with potential clients, ensuring a smooth transition into our Customer Success team.

Experience & Skills:

  • Must Have:
    Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Executive, ideally in FinTech or SaaS.
  • Nice to Have:
    Experience selling to SMBs, Mid-Market or Enterprise companies.
  • Nice to Have:
    Familiarity with financial processes, ERP systems, or the 2-way or 3-way matching.
  • Nice to Have:
    A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Technical Aptitude:
    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create impact in a demo:
    The ability to present impactfully and engage with potential clients to create value.
  • Strong Closing Skills:
    Ability to close deals efficiently and effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
    Ability to navigate complex processes and find solutions.
  • Ability to Manage and Handle Client Expectations:
    To conduct the sales process effectively, build rapport, and meet the client's expectations.
  • Other competencies:
    Create impact in a demo, manage closing, commitment, presentation of proposal and asking the proper questions in a meeting.
