Ferratum is looking for a **Paid Media Manager** to take full ownership of the management and execution of paid digital marketing campaigns for Google and Bing Ads search & display as well as Facebook and Instagram advertising. The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for the paid search accounts for 4 markets and manage all paid digital marketing campaigns and budgets for Google, Bing, Facebook and Instagram focusing on maximizing ROI, driving traffic and most importantly converting visitors into customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts and overall budgets for social media and search advertising platforms Google Ads, Bing, Facebook and Instagram
- Develop effective paid search and paid social strategies
- Plan and execute Google, Bing, Facebook and Instagram advertising in 4 markets
- Audience research, segmentation, account and campaign setup and maintenance, campaign and data analysis, configuration, A/B testing, bidding optimization and ad scheduling and automation
- Tracking and reporting performance; post campaign analysis and reporting focusing on KPIs; performance, conversion tracking and ROI
- Monitoring competitors; researching and analyzing competitor campaigns, trends and best practices and proactively looking for growth opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Google and Bing ads
- Google ads and analytics certification
- Experience managing paid social ad accounts ( Facebook and Instagram ) including Ad Manager, Business Manager, Audience Insights, Facebook Analytics, and Facebook Pixels
- Strong analytical background and practical experience of the funnel, attribution models and Google Analytics
- A/B and multivariable testing experience
- Commercial mindset
- Team player; the ability to work with various internal stakeholders and understand their business needs and vision
