**Responsibilities**:
As our Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping The Woman Concept's online identity and engaging our vibrant community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and grow our online presence across various platforms.
- Creating compelling content, including captivating visuals, engaging captions, and thought-provoking campaigns, that resonate with our target audience.
- Managing and curating our social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely responses to comments and inquiries.
- Collaborating with our creative team to produce visually stunning and shareable content that aligns with our brand values.
- Analyzing social media metrics and trends to optimize performance, identify growth opportunities, and deliver data-driven insights to guide strategy.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a related field, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and Pinterest.
- Proven track record of driving engagement, growing followers, and successfully executing social media campaigns.
- Strong creative and visual storytelling skills, with an eye for aesthetics and an understanding of current fashion trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and connect with our community.
- A passion for empowering women and a deep understanding of the role social media plays in building communities.
