We are looking for a Paid Media Content Creator to join our team.

**Responisibilities**:

- Reporting to the Performance Creative Lead
- Conduct creative research: competitors, market, target, past performance, industry trends
- Produce copywriting with the goal of driving sales and reaching diverse KPI objectives.
- Assist to review sessions with the manager to analyze video performance and refine briefings to meet expectations.
- Developing briefs and execution guidelines for video editors and UGC actors.
- Source new content creators: agencies, influencers and UGC
- Monitoring the latest trends in TikTok.
- Craft scripts and storyboards, adapting them to the unique voice of each product.
- Coordinate talent selection and direct actors for video production.
- Ensure video quality and alignment with campaign vision through close editor collaboration.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in content creator role
- Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team environment
- Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities
- Excellent verbal communication skills required
- Strong passion for marketing is required
- An enthusiastic team player who is also able to work independently with mínimal direction
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly organized with an acute attention to detail
- Delivering excellent work products through each step of the process
