Buscamos para importante empresa ubicada en Barcelona, Head of Finance (Sports E-Commerce) con 5 años de experiência en un puesto similar.
- Horario de lunes a viernes de 9:30hrs a 18:00hrs._

**¿De qué te encargarías?**
- Supervisar la contabilidad diaria de la empresa con apoyo del equipo de finanzas y administración.
- Preparar y presentar informes financieros periódicos y anuales.
- Elaborar cuentas financieras anuales y liderar el proceso de auditoría.
- Llevar a cabo el diseño, implementación y constante mejora de los procesos internos del área, así como, la integración de los mismos con las herramientas de gestión.
- Supervisar el área administrativa diaria de la empresa, con apoyo del equipo de finanzas y administración.
- Preparar y actualizar el plan financiero de la empresa.
- Participar en la definición de la estrategia de la empresa junto con la Dirección Ejecutiva.
- Participar en la estrategia de tesorería de la empresa.
- Liderar el equipo humano dedicado al área de finanzas.
- Liderar relación con entidades financiadoras para clientes.
- Liderar relación con gestoría para gestión de nóminas, pago de impuestos, entre otros.
- Solución de diferentes problemas.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência similar de 5 años.
- Grado o Licenciatura en ADE.
- Experiência en materia de contabilidad.
- Experiência en gestión financiera, especialmente en análisis del dato y controlling.
- Pasión los por números en general y el detalle.
- Experiência en gestión de ERPs (Netsuite, Odoo, SAP, SAGE).
- Visión estratégica y de negocio para alinear objetivos globales con resultados financieros.
- Capacidad de liderazgo de proyectos y toma de decisiones.
- Experiência gestionando equipos pequeños.
- Nível de inglés avanzado.
