**What You'll Be Doing**

We are looking for a forward-thinking Head of Finance to drive the transformation of our finance function, with a key focus on delivering timely and accurate data to inform business decisions. You will have the opportunity to lead a talented finance team through exciting changes to systems, processes and culture in a truly unique and fast-paced industry.

The Head of Finance will form an important part of Blexr's Leadership Team, reporting into our CEO & Founder and playing a key role in business decisions, influencing strategy. You will lead all finance-related activity across the group, balancing both strategic and hands-on elements of finance as needed. We are looking for someone with a real depth of experience that allows them to roll up their sleeves and dive into the detail when required.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the financial reporting and compliance of the whole group, presenting results and strategic insights to the executive and wider leadership teams.
- As the Finance Team Leader, you will drive the transformation of the function, striving to create an efficient and scalable finance function to support Blexr's growth.
- You will identify opportunities to optimise and improve the tools, processes and systems, owning the implementation and adoption of changes.
- You will ensure the finance team act as trusted partners to the wider business, with a focus on relationship building and establishing key partnerships with functions such as commercial and marketing.
- You will be responsible for financial reporting and forecasting scenarios in collaboration with commercial teams - monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- You will oversee General Accounting, Revenue collection, FP&A and payroll, as well as cash flow and treasury affairs within the company.
- You will work with Commercial to establish a clear revenue collection process, reduce bad debts and improve reporting accuracy.
