We are looking for a Head of Finance for a startup SaaS B2B:
As a Head of Finance, you will lead the financial area, report directly to the CEOs and play a fundamental role in establishing and optimizing financial functions, serving as the main liaison for investors within the company.
- You will oversee financial planning and strategy.
- You will prepare the income statement, cash flow and other complete financial reports.
- You will analyze income, costs and supervise supplier monitoring.
- You will take the lead in the fundraising process.
- You will generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual economic and financial reports.
- You will participate in budget processes and contribute to the preparation of financial forecasts.
- You will manage treasury functions and control debts.
- You will handle financial transactions and provide guidance to the accounting team.
- You will assume responsibility for the Profit and Loss Account and the Official Balance Sheet.
- You will ensure compliance with legal, tax, labor and accounting regulations, supervising relationships with external advisors.
- You will perform financial analysis for new business opportunities.
- You will prepare Due Diligence and annual account audits.
**Requirements**:
- Bring more than 7 years of professional experience: you have a track record in accounting and financial control in startups, with a minimum of 2 years reporting to a CEO.
- Come from a B2B environment and are fluent in Saas terminology. You are very familiar with terminologies such as MRR, ARR, ARPC, LTV, CAC...
- Have participated in investment rounds of Series A+ startups.
- Stand out for your: analytical, organizational and adaptation capacity; stress management; collaboration; autonomy, resilience.
- Proficiency level in Spanish and English.
