We are currently looking for a HR Officer to cover a position in our Corporate HR Department.

As HR Officer in Kymos you will manage the recruiting function ensuring timely implementation and completion of recruitment processes, being responsible for the full recruitment cycle. You will also contribute to the creation and development of the key HR policies and procedures for our 3 sites an help with administrative issues related to HR.

Main responsibiities will include:
**Talent Acquisition**:

- Create job adverts and publish them on different web portals.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
- Define and develop creative recruitment strategies to identify the talent for Kymos vacancies and collaborate with managers on hiring plans to anticipate future hiring needs.

**Onboarding and off-boarding**
- Participate in the implementation of effective onboarding plans.
- Welcome and Inform new employees on company policies.
- Organize exit interviews for off-boarding.

**HR policies and procedures and Talent management**
- Participate in the development and updating of the key HR policies and procedures.
- Help with the follow-up of corporate KPI's in order to assess the impact and effectiveness of the actions using the HR management tools
- Coordinate company equal opportunity programs and Corporate Social Responsibility and other Talent Retention plans.

- **Required Knowledge and skills**:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Labour Relations or related field.

2/3 years experience as HR Generalist or in Recruitment in a fast
- paced international environment.

Fluency in Spanish, Catalan and English. Knowledge of another language (French, Italian) would be a plus.

Experience with cloud HR softwares

Positive attitude, resliliency and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work iin team and also independently with decision making and complex problem
- solving skills.
