**‍** Your area of focus**:
**Employee Lifecycle Management**:

- Manage the recruitment lifecycle process, from posting vacancies to onboarding new employees.
- Prepare and coordinate new joiners’ documentation (contracts, social security, etc.)
- Supervise and maintain accurate records of employee files according to policy and legal requirements.
- Handle offboarding, including exit interviews.

**Payroll and Benefits**:

- Administer and process payroll efficiently, in collaboration with our external payroll provider.
- Coordinate communication and administration of benefits for employees.

**Training and Development**
- Collaborate in creating training and development programs.
- Manage procedures with FUNDAE.
- Follow-up on training completion and employee satisfaction.

**Legal Compliance and Policies**
- Stay updated on local labor laws and ensure compliance.
- Develop and implement internal policies to enhance the work environment.
- Participate in the development and updating of key HR policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years of experience performing similar functions.
- Good knowledge of labor legislation and local regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Proficient in Spanish and English.
