Empresa del sector plástico situada en Madrid necesita incorporar un/a office assistant and receptionist. La persona seleccionada realizará las siguientes funciones:
- Atención personalizada de llamadas entrantes.
- Recepción de visitantes.
- Gestión de viajes.
- Organización y gestión de las distintas actividades y operaciones de la oficina.
- Mensajería y correspondencia.
- Elaboración y traducción de informes, documentos y presentaciones.
- Apoyo al departamento de recursos humanos.
- Soporte e integración con otros departamentos.
- Gestión de material de oficina.
- Comunicación interna.
- Creación de presentaciones para la oficina.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência de al menos 1 año realizando las tareas descritas.- Buscamos a una persona proactiva, dinámica y con don de gentes.
- Disponer de carnet de conducir y vehículo propio.
- Valorable residencia cercana al puesto de trabajo.
Formación:
GS en administración y finanzas y/o similar.Función:
Atención al clienteIdiomas:
- Castellano hablado y escrito correctamente.- Inglés nível alto.
