SIX Securities Services is a world leader in specialized post-trade services for Swiss as well as international clients. These services cover the complete range of post-trade activities from real-time risk management through CCP clearing, real-time Settlement (domestic and cross-border), International Custody, Securities Finance, Global Fund Services and Share Registration services.

The Business Support department is looking for a motivated Project Manager Officer that supports the team's projects. A Project Management Officer is responsible for supporting the Project Managers in leading projects in an inhouse consulting manner for the financial industry ensuring quality, adhering of budget and on-time delivery.

**What You Will Do**:

- support and coordinate the project team and board meetings
- plan, control and monitor delivery objects, milestones and KPIs
- active RAID Management as well as supporting stakeholder management
- define, maintain and improve methods, documentation and templates
- drive innovation and harmonization as well as optimization of the processes and suggest improvements

**What You Bring**:

- university degree of applied sciences or similar
- at least 3-5 years of experience as a Project Management Office with experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- good understanding of financial services processes or products (banking and/or insurance) is desirable
- strong analytical and conceptual thinking with initiative and a high level of result and customer orientation
- very good communication skills in both English and Spanish
