Key Responsibilities: - The candidate will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities under the guidance of senior PMO staff. - Assist in managing financial PMO processes, creating requisitions, and monitoring budgets. - Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and meeting minutes. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders, prepare management meetings, and distribute regular updates and reports. - Assist in coordinating internal and external resources to ensure timely task completion within budget. - Participate in project reviews and support the implementation of best practices. Skills: - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Stakeholder management skills. - Basic proficiency in project management tools (e.G., Microsoft Office, Azure Boards). - Previous experience in project management support roles.
