Project Manager - NG SIEM As a global leader in cybersecurity, CrowdStrike protects the people, processes and technologies that drive modern organizations. We work on large‑scale distributed systems, processing almost 3 trillion events per day and this traffic is growing daily. We’re seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead engineering initiatives for our NG‑SIEM platform—a mission‑critical system that processes 100 PB of data daily and serves millions of queries per hour. You’ll manage cross‑functional teams of Site Reliability Engineers, Software Engineers, and Infrastructure specialists, bridging technical execution and business objectives. Lead end‑to‑end project management for NG‑SIEM platform initiatives including reliability improvements and feature deployments. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource strategies; manage deployment schedules and release coordination. Serve as primary contact between engineering teams, product management, and leadership. Track SLO/SLA compliance, error budgets, and reliability metrics; Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies; 5+ years of technical project management experience managing infrastructure, SRE, or platform engineering teams. ~ Strong technical background with an understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and large‑scale data processing. ~ Agile methodology experience and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana). ~ Excellent communication skills for coordinating remote teams and presenting to leadership. ~ Knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana). ~ PMP, PMI‑ACP, or similar certification.
