We are looking for a Junior PMO to join our team for a global leading operator in credit insurance . Key Responsibilities The candidate will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities under the guidance of senior PMO staff. Assist in managing financial PMO processes, creating requisitions, and monitoring budgets. Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and meeting minutes. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, prepare management meetings, and distribute regular updates and reports. Assist in coordinating internal and external resources to ensure timely task completion within budget. Participate in project reviews and support the implementation of best practices. Skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Stakeholder management skills. Basic proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Azure Boards). Previous experience in project management support roles. Job Conditions & Benefits Permanent contract.
