**Description**

We are looking for a Project Management Officer to join our team of engineers, PhDs, investment managers, and other deep tech professionals. The role will focus on the bureaucratic side of the grant proposals for European Research and Innovation projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing clients and stakeholders (local helps, national contact points, strategic partners) in the grant submission process
- Supporting our team of innovation consults with bureaucratic and administrative matters
- Identification of local support programs from various EU regions and/or countries

**Desired Background**
- Masters degree, MBA or STEM field is a plus
- 5-10 years of experience in project management
- Experience in conflict-resolution, time management, managing multiple projects at time
- Soft skills and empathy are desirable traits
- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills, including ability to create/maintain relationships with many partners
- Advanced C2 English is mandatory, while other languages like Spanish, French, German or Nordic languages can be a plus.
