**THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER**
- Manage Warehouse (Organization, Cleanliness, Utilities)
- Liaise with vehicles/warehouse service providers
- Manage operational vehicles (cargo-bikes, e-vans) and Avrios
- Manage transport in / out, and manage the warehouse inventory
- Manage warehouse workers
- Manager charging activities (batteries and vehicles planning) to optimize operations time
- Assist OM on various projects (such as TEN, Fantasmo, Marketing events)
- Work alongside Shift Managers to communicate Ops target to rangers and improve key performance metrics

- Experience with managing people
- Experience with running projects
- Highly Energetic and dynamic
- Highly organized and structured
- Great Communication skills (fluent in French)
- Autonomy, dynamism, responsiveness, self-driven
