It's a colorful world - make your mark by joining the BIC team today. **What You'll Do**: - Lead a team of Customer Care Service and Inside Sales representatives in DACH area to guarantee the best service to our customers and maximize sales - Foster team's performance, quality of service, and productivity by setting clear KPIs and motivating and coaching the team - Grow sales within DACH area by maintaining the operating model for Customer Care and high service standards to meet our customers' expectations - Deliver an excellent customer experience and high level of efficiency - Monitor daily operations and performance - Ensure smooth operations with continuous training and mentoring of the team - Lead and implement projects for continuous improvement related to work processes and procedures **Requirements**: - Middle/Upper education required, preferably commercial administration or sales - Relevant experience as team leader/coordinator/manager within customer service or sales department - Sales oriented and able to lead, motivate and develop a team - Office 365 proficient - Fluent in English and German; good level of Spanish - Strong communication and assertiveness skills **#LI-Hybrid** LI-EA1 BIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
