Main responsibility: The Customer Care Representative EMEA will be the person responsible for managing the entire order process, offering product advice and product solutions to the customer. At the same time as promoting continuous improvement, managing requests and improvement opportunities from a portfolio of Europe, Middle East and Africa clients. **Profile**: - Highly self-motivated and decisive person. - Valuable experience in customer service and order management. - Office 365 Domain and Database. - Languages: Proficient in French and English. Other languages will be considered a plus.
