**Job Description**:
Within the Europe Supply Chain Team and part of the local Logistic Team, your main mission will be to support the daily operations by taking ownership of assigned processes and follow ups.

Main Responsibilities:

- Distribution Support (daily portfolio extraction and communication to Logistic Provider, manual orders transmission, delay shipped orders extraction, ad-hoc operational topics)
- Follow inbound activity, report and solving inbound discrepancies and claims.
- Daily stock discrepancies solving
- Local Purchase order creation for Other Product Category and follow up
- JDE system data uploading
- Logistic Data Parameters maintenance
- Back up of Logistic Coordinator

**Qualifications**:

- At least 1 year of professional experience in Supply Chain and/or Logistics
- Good English level, especially written
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Problem solver and self-organized
- Team player
