**Your responsibilities as our Logistics Coordinator Spain**:

- Logistics management: coordinate shipping **logistics and planning in Spain, Portugal and the south of France**, optimise routes, communicate with the warehouse team and drivers, and coordinate the **maintenance** of our fleet of 4 vehicles.
- Meeting delivery commitments: together with the internal sales team, proactively resolve transport delays and damaged goods to ensure **timely filter delivery**.
- Cost optimisation**:negotiate **rates with logistics providers, and identify opportunities to optimise costs in the supply chain and in logistics.
- Waste operations: whenever necessary, be the **backup** for the waste operations technician.

**What does your team look like as a Logistics Coordinator Spain?**:
You’ll be a key colleague within the international **Operations department**, reporting to the Spanish Hub manager.** **You’ll be working closely with your colleagues from logistics, waste operations and warehousing in Belgium, and with your 5 Spanish colleagues.

**Who are you as our Logistics Coordinator Spain?**:

- You possess **3-5 years of experience** in logistics management.
- You are proficient in** Microsoft Office and ERP** systems. Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) is a plus.
- You are fluent in **Spanish and English** in written and oral communication.
- You hold a Bachelor's Degree. A degree in Transport and Logistics Management hits our ‘sweet spot’, but is not a must.
- You showcase a **can do-mentality**, are **communicative, results-oriented**, and are a **supportive team player**.
