Como Regional Manager te encargarás del desarrollo del negocio de la empresa en la zona centro (Madrid y alrededores), enfocándote principalmente en el control de un equipo de 4 area managers, reporting de P&L, KPIS y politica de precios a empresas franquiciadas. Reportarás al Director de Operaciones ubicado en Barcelona.
Qué necesitarás para encajar con el puesto
Como requisitos básicos, buscamos un perfil con al menos 5-7 años de experiência comercial con franquicias, pudiendo asi tener solvencia en la gestión de las mismas. Además de experiência en gestión de equipos.
Necesitamos un perfil que aporte un nível alto de inglés debido a la tipología de clientes con los que trabaja la empresa.
Qué obtendrás a cambio
Atractivo paquete salarial 40.000€ b/a. + 20% variable + beneficios.
