Funciones de un/a **Manager Career Services** - Contactar y conseguir nuevas alianzas con nuevas empresas de interés, así como mantener las relaciones con empresas con las que actualmente colaboramos. - Cumplimiento del seguimiento de empresas por periodo y ciclo. - Coordinación/relación empresa, alumno y académico. - Seguimiento y medición de la satisfacción de los estudiantes y empresas. - Asegurar procesos de práctica de los estudiantes. - Mantenimiento y desarrollo de la plataforma. - Detectar necesidades de centros y oportunidades, para que el perfil del alumno encaje con las expectativas de la empresa. - Mantener y realizar un seguimiento periódico con los centros par actualizar cualquier información. - En coordinación con el área académico, asesorar e informar sobre el desarrollo de las prácticas de los alumnos. - Coordinar charlas/eventos de orientación para empresas y alumnos. - Coordinar y hacer el seguimiento de trabajo areas marketing, legal, academico. Buscamos un/a **XTARTER** con habilidad de liderazgo, gestión y seguimiento del departamento de FCT, que se encargará de la búsqueda de empresas para formalizar acuerdos de éxito para nuestro alumnado. **Requisitos**: **Requisitos** - Formación profesional o titulación universitaria afín con el área de ventas. - Herramientas digitales y gestión. - Experiência 1- 3 años en puesto de similar con equipo a cargo de +de 15 personas. - Muy valorable la experiência en sector educativo y de formación profesional. - Conocimiento de herramientas Microsoft. **La vida en XTART** Somos un equipo en crecimiento, que busca alto impacto.
