- The Conference Services Assistant Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising assigned group business after it is booked by the sales department, and through completion of the event or function, while maintaining profitable operations and high-quality products and service levels.The Conference Services Assistant Manager is also responsible for acting as a liaison between client and operating departments; external coordination with the contact person and internal operating with the different departments of the Hotel process all the details of each confirmed Group to ensure a successful meeting and to generate repeat business.The Conference Services Assistant Manager is in charge of the correct invoicing and final payment of the services contracted for the group.He or She will ensure an efficient and flexible function of the Groups area, covering the functions of planning and coordination of banquet and accommodation services, ensuring that the benefits are maximized in the most profitable way according to the objectives set and offering a professional service during all times, efficient and personalized according to Rosewood Villa Magna standards.- Manage efficiently and properly the functions of the division in line with the Hotel Strategy and its standards, while complying with the expectations both client and owner.
